Overview

This 12-month Learning programme provides hands-on IT experience, nationally recognised training, and the skills needed to launch a successful career in the Information Technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up new user accounts and configuring access permissions
  • Troubleshooting printer and scanner problems
  • Assisting with email configuration and troubleshooting
  • Resetting passwords and managing user access to systems
  • Providing support for online platforms like learning management systems (LMS) or customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Maintaining and updating company websites or e-commerce platforms
  • Participating in the setup and maintenance of computer hardware and network infrastructure
  • Working with inventory tracking systems

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (minimum 50% in English)
  • South African citizen residing in Johannesburg
  • Aged 18–30 years
  • Must be living with a disability and provide a valid medical report as proof
