Overview

We are pleased to offer a Generic Management Learnership Program tailored for individuals living with disabilities. This program is designed to develop key management and administration skills through a combination of practical experience and theoretical learning.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with daily administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing, and data entry.
  • Answering and directing phone calls, as well as handling basic email communication.
  • Managing office supplies and keeping track of stock levels.
  • Assisting in scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Supporting office staff with basic clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and document preparation.
  • Organizing and maintaining office filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Assisting with basic HR functions, such as managing employee records and coordinating training sessions.

Requirements

  • Completed [relevant qualification or education level, e.g., National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
  • Basic understanding of IT and cyber security principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Disability Status: Applicants must provide a valid medical certificate confirming their disability.
  • Educational Background: Matric Certificate and an NQF Level 4 qualification in Administration or a related field.
  • Age Range: 18 to 28 years old.
  • Location: Candidates should be based in Johannesburg and able to travel to Melrose for practical sessions and Randburg for theoretical training.
