Overview

The programme introduces learners to the Contact Centre environment and equips them with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality customer service.

This opportunity seeks young people living with a disability and passionate about starting a career in the Contact Centre industry.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Support: Handle incoming/outgoing calls professionally and provide accurate information
  • Query Resolution & Escalation: Address routine queries, escalate complex matters appropriately
  • Data Capture & Record Keeping: Accurately log customer details into CRM or internal systems
  • Adherence to Call Centre Procedures: Follow scripts, SOPs and compliance regulations
  • Workplace Learning & Participation: Attend all sessions, complete assessments and apply learnings in practice

Requirements

  • Grade 12/Matric Certificate
  • Must be a South African citizen residing in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal or Cape Town
  • Aged between 18 and 32 years
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Currently unemployed and available for the full duration of the programme
  • Must provide a legitimate and recent medical certificate confirming disability (issued by a registered medical practitioner)
  • Must be available to attend the programme full-time, Monday to Friday
