Overview

Impactful is offering a one-week Work Readiness Programme designed to empower young South Africans living with disabilities. This initiative is ideal for individuals who have completed a learnership or are seeking to enter the workforce but face challenges in securing employment.

Participants will receive expert guidance on how to effectively present themselves in the job market and gain practical skills to enhance their employability.

Requirements

  • South African citizen
  • Aged 18–28
  • Living with a disability (must provide valid proof)
  • Completed Grade 12
  • Completion of an NQF Learnership is an advantage
  • Currently unemployed
