Impactful Powered by LRMG, in partnership with a leading banking institution, is recruiting candidates for a Business Analysis Learnership (NQF Level 5). This exciting opportunity will provide both classroom learning and practical workplace experience within the call centre environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls (queries, product info and assistance).
  • Support collections by engaging with customers on payments and repayment arrangements.
  • Log and escalate customer queries, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Assist with basic data capturing, reporting, and process documentation.
  • Contribute to improving customer experience through feedback and teamwork.

Requirements

  • South African Citizen, aged 18–28
  • Completed Matric (Grade 12)
  • Any post-matric qualification will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Passion for customer service and interest in financial services
  • Must not be enrolled in any other learnership programme
  • People living with disabilities (PWDs) are strongly encouraged to apply (10% intake reserved for PWD candidates)
  • Must provide a legitimate medical certificate confirming the disability (for PWD applicants)
