Impactful powered by LRMG, in partnership with Altron Digital Business Solutions, invites suitably qualified Persons Living with Disabilities (PWD) to apply for the Business Administration NQF Level 4 Learnership. This programme is designed to equip young talent with essential administrative, communication and workplace readiness skills aligned to industry needs.

Overview

This 12-month learnership provides structured theoretical training and practical workplace experience. Learners will develop core business administration capabilities, including:

  • Personal and team effectiveness
  • Business communication (including second language)
  • Ethics and fraud awareness
  • Mathematics literacy
  • Project team relationships
  • Workplace professionalism and administrative functions

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a Person Living with a Disability (proof of disability required)
  • Must have Matric (Grade 12)
  • Must be South African citizens between 18–34 years old
  • Must be currently unemployed
  • Must be able to participate in a full-time 12-month learnership programme
